LucasFilm animation director finished with Rogue One.
I think (about 99% sure) that my work on #RogueOne is at an end. Both very happy, and very sad about that. Also, WAY proud.

The finishing touches are done folks now its up to us to go see it in 25 days. Can you believe it’s almost here? I don’t know if there will be some very minor fine-tuning going on, but I suspect that will be little to none extra. Time to print the film!
Starwarsnewnet.com has a tidbit on Vader
Here is the story. Not a lot there but the information they have almost makes it seem as though Krennic and Vader are working together and he ignores Vader’s advice. Perhaps they both have hit the same wall in the Imperial ranks, for different reasons. We know Vader is on a leash in A New Hope and we presume its been that way for a while. Not until ESB is free. There is a lot of speculation that Vader does Krennic in at the end of the move. This additional restraint could have been added due to Vader’s actions to Krennic.
Entertainment Weekly has a story on the Mon Cal we see in Rogue One
Source. I have to be honest I like the idea behind it but I think this character will have at most two lines. Its cool they took inspiration from real people but that is all I get from this article. There was word earlier that we would see some of the Mon Calamari from the northern part of the planet, and this could explain the different look of these guys compared to Admiral Ackbar.
Making Star Wars has found a few familiar faces.
Making Star Wars comes through with some cool finding here. . BIGGS! Ok so they will totally be background characters that get a name call in the space battle but still that is cool. Very cool find.
Making Star Wars gives us some early info on Episode VIII
Making Star Wars again has released this new info. Ok so its pretty obvious that Laura Dern plays an aristocratic character similar to Lady Carise Sindian who was a Centrist and its likely Laura’s character is too. I’m thinking Del Toro’s character is more grey than good or evil, or at least more like Jabba than on either side. It also appears that the earlier rumors are true and Kelly Tran’s character will spend most of her time with Finn.
Emilia Clark has been cast in the Han Solo film!
Mother of Dragons! Honestly I hope she’s a side character and not a main. I wouldn’t mind if the main Female wasn’t a pretty pale brunette…even if it is my (mazl0w01’s) type.
